Below are some recent questions we've received regarding YuMOVE Digestive Care Pre & Probiotic Tablets for Dogs, including answers from our team.
Karen
Hi , will yumove digestive care help my French bull dog with a stressful stomach he has anxiety and most days has some sort of watery stool .
Thank you
Yes, this probiotic gut supplement is intended for use in dogs with abnormal stools and/or a sensitive stomach. It may be useful for your dog in the long term to prevent the above issues occuring. If you are not seeing any improvement within 5 to 7 days or the condition deteriorates then you should see your vet.
Tammy
My dog suffers from chronic pancreatitis which we manage with food, he takes yudigest daily, can we also give him other probiotics in addition when he is having a bad day? Or would this not be advised in addition to yudigest?
YuDigest already contains the probiotic Enterococcus faecium E1707. Adding another is unlikely to cause any negative effects however it may not be beneficial. You should also be careful when making changes to the diet in a dog with pancreatitis, some severely affected dogs can be set off by even slight dietary changes. It is best to run any additions to the diet past your vet.
Brenda
My dog has been on Galliprant for a couple of years now and is having quite regular soft poos! Wondering whether to reduce the tablet to half a day and/or give her Yudigest supplements?
Brenda Clewley
Galliprant is a prescription only medication so I recommend contacting your vet with regards to advice on the product. We cannot provide dosing advice for it as it depends on your dog's medical history, only your vet can.
YuDigest can help settle intestinal upsets and is safe to use alongside Galliprant. After discussing with your vet it may be advisable to go onto a supplement like this in the long term to help the issue.

Can this product give your dog diarrhoea
This product is a digestive support that helps firm up faces and restore the normal gut flora. It should resolve diarrhoea, not cause it. However rarely if your dog is allergic or intolerant to one of the ingredients then this can cause diarrhoea. If your dog has diarrhoea and it is not resolving even on YuDigest then I advise contacting your vet.
Jason
Can I give this product to my 13 week old puppy , he has a sensitive stomach and often has diarrhoea when he gets excited .
Yes this product is safe for use in puppies. If the diarrhoea doesn't resolve though after 3 to 5 days or worsens then I strongly advise seeing your vet, products like YuDigest mainly help with dietary or scavenging related intestinal upsets.
Val
Our vet recommended yudigest for our cat. The packaging I have seen mentions dogs. Is this product suitable for cats?
YuDigest is primarly intended for use in dogs, however the YuDigest Plus can be used in cats too. The original YuDigest is only licensed for use in dogs so I cannot comment on if it is suitable for use in cats. I would contact your vet if you have a bottle of this already.

Is it safe to give the product to my breastfeeding dog?
Hello,
Thank you for your question,
Yes this is safe.
Thank you.

Hi,
Could you please tell me if the yudigest sachets/tablets contain corn?
My dog has a corn allergy, but requires daily probiotics.
Could you please recommend a suitable, corn free product?
Many thanks.
Yudigest contains the following ingredients:
So, as far as I can see should be perfectly fine for your dog.
Rheanna
Will these help a yeast infection? She has reacuring yeast problems with her ears and now redness between her paw. Although these will need to be treated seperatly, I've been told she's got a yeast infection underlining that's caused these external issues. So I was hoping these would help with balancing that out ?
This supplement is helpful to restore balance in the digestive system which in turn can lead to better general health. Although they would not do any harm to try I don't think YuDigest will help with your dogs yeast problem. I would suggest using a shampoo such as Coatex Medicated Shampoo and prescription ear drops to address this- though your vet may have already advised this.
Marie
My dog bite her paws and scratches her ears she has been treated before for yeast infection would this product help her thanks
It would be unlikely that Yudigest would help with this. Though wouldn't do any harm if you wanted to try it. I would suggest bathing with Coatex Medicated Shampoo regularly and a supplement intended specifically for skin such as Yumega instead.
