My puppy hates over the head harnesses so this is a fantastic alternative. I bought 2 sizes with the intention of sending one back. Disappointed that they ask it to be sent back by recorded delivery. I appreciate they are a business however with so many alternatives offering free returns I sadly won’t be buying anything from here where there is a possibility it may need returning. For everything else, I will.
